This symposium session will cover the Benchmarking Exercise Programmes for Older People (BEPOP) project, a nationwide service improvement project aimed at driving the development and uptake of best practice for exercise interventions for older people living with sarcopenia and frailty in the UK. The session will also feature an exploration of how physiotherapists/therapists can improve their exercise prescription in the management and prevention of sarcopenia and frailty, with an opportunity to learn about how to get involved in the project.
